Whistleblower Policy and Reporting Form
Aurora University is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards of honesty, integrity, fairness, and good judgment in all aspects of our operations while promoting the university’s vision, mission, and values. To support this commitment, the university adopted a Whistleblower Policy and provides safe and confidential ways for students, faculty, staff, and other members of our university community to report known or suspected violations about suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, or violations of university policies or applicable laws. Included on this page is the Whistleblower Reporting Form, which can be used to report known or suspected violations either anonymously or with attribution (including name, email, and phone number). All reports will be distributed to appropriate university officials to include the Office of People and Culture (Human Resources), the Office of the Dean of Students/Title IX, and the Senior VP for Business and Finance and reviewed thoroughly. The university forbids retaliation against individuals who, acting in good faith, report a known or suspected violation, assist in making a report, cooperate in an investigation, or otherwise exercise their rights or responsibilities under the Whistleblower Policy. Questions about this policy may be directed to the Office of People and Culture (Human Resources) or the Dean of Students/Title IX Officer.
